This week, American was forced to have no contact with his son for a year after being tattooed while under the influence of alcohol, the latter when he was three years.

At 26, Eugene ‘Stoner Ashley pleaded guilty in the Justice for having tattooed his son Matthew on his shoulder, while the latter was only 3 years. He was sentenced to one year probation, ie not to see her son, and fined 300 dollars (210 euros). Completely drunk at the time, the father does not remember the tattooed letters "DB" to "Daddy’s Boy" on the shoulder of his son.

Tattooing has been discovered by social workers who visited the family in May 2009 after several complaints about their living conditions. The family was then composed of Eugene ‘Stoner’ Ashley, his wife Amy and their four children. The police eventually arrested Eugene tattooed for a person under the age of 18.

For its part, the mother of child said he was very surprised when her child showed the tattoo. The boy’s uncle, who cares now, ensures that Amy tried to cover up his partner so he is not arrested. He explains, however, Eugene was a good father before he makes this action, working hard to support her daughter, and caring for her children very well.
